1Do you accept pets?

Sorry, we do not allow pets in any of our accommodation.

2Is electricity included?

Yes, we include electricity in the cost of your stay.

3What time can I check in?

Check-in is available from 3pm on the day of your arrival.

4What time is check-out?

We ask that you vacate the property by 10.30am on your date of departure.

5How do I get into the property?

You will be sent an email with instructions for your property key-safe before your arrival.

6How do I get to The Shack & Pods at Inchree?

We are located just off the main A82 Glencoe to Fort William road at Inchree, approximately 15 minutes drive from Glencoe to the South and Fort William to the north.  The Shack & Pods are signposted at the entrance.

7Is there a damage deposit to be paid?

A damage deposit of GBP 200 may be required for bookings in The Shack. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

8How do I book?

The simplest and easiest way to book in online through our website by clicking the BOOK link.

9When do I pay?

A payment link will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed for you to settle by debit or credit card.  Your booking will only be guaranteed when payment has been received.

10What happens if I have to cancel?

Bookings made directly with us through this website, by phone or by email may cancel up until 21 days before arrival.  Moneys paid will be refunded in full, less a £20 administration charge.

Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full, therefore we recommend you purchase adequate holiday cancellation & curtailment insurance.

If you have booked The Shack or one of our Pods through an Agent or 3rd Party, please refer to your booking details for terms of cancellation as they may differ from our own.

You will always receive our best terms and prices when you book direct.

11What happens if I have to amend my dates?

You may amend your booking arrival dates, subject to availability, up until 14 days before arrival.  

Amendments within 14 days of arrival are not permitted.
